Sundar M. Gounder
Helping people break into public speaking
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Frangipani Foundation
- 1982 to 1994
- English, Telugu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 500 people through Frangipani Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Sundar
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
