Sumon Rashed Sen
Master of tiling, now teaching apprentices
- 🇧🇩 Cox's Bazar, Chattogram, Bangladesh
- Hillcrest Shop
- Since 1984
- English
I've worked in tiling since 1984. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 1,550 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I garden badly but happily.
More about Sumon
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

What gifts mean to Sumon: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
