Helping people break into finance
- 🇵🇰 Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,440 people through Hope Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Sumbal
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Sumbal: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first finance job in 1993. I still have your notes.
