I taught religious studies at Lincoln Grammar School in Savar from 2009 to 2017. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Sumaiya
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Sumaiya: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

you taught me religious studies in 2009 at Lincoln Grammar School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.

My kids ask me about my favorite teacher, and it's always you. Greetings from Medan.
