Helping people break into engineering

I'm a mentor in engineering. I've spent my career as a bank clerk and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
More about Sumaiya
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Sumaiya: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
