Sumaiya Nargis Begum

Special education and geography teacher, Jodhpur

  • 🇮🇳 Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India
  • Jodhpur Secondary School
  • Since 1984
  • English, Bengali
Jodhpur Secondary School is my second home. I teach special education there since 1984, mostly mixed-ability classes. I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Sumaiya

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
