I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and eleven years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I play music while people worked.
More about Sumaiya
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Sumaiya: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me accounting in 2019 at Sunrise Primary School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
