Sultana Shapla Sikder
Mentor in first-generation students and recovery
- 🇮🇳 Salem, Tamil Nadu, India
- Since 1992
- English
I'm a mentor in first-generation students. I've spent my career as a radio technician and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Sultana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
