Helping people break into software

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 340 people through Crown Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
What gifts mean to Sultana: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
