Şule Esra Başaran
33 years teaching religious studies in Istanbul
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Istanbul Secondary School
- Since 2000
- English, Turkish
For 26 years I have been the religious studies teacher at Istanbul Secondary School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Şule
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
