For 37 years I ran the baseball program at Kingsway Swimming Club in Fresno. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
More about Stephanie
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Stephanie: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
