Stepan Sergei Frolov
Mentor in recovery and trades
- 🇺🇦 Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine
- Westbrook Association
- 2001 to 2009
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 260 people through Westbrook Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Stepan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

you helped me get my first recovery job in 2014. I still have your notes. Greetings from Kampala.
