I've been a nurse for 16 years, most of them in home care at Holy Cross Regional Medical Center in Saint Petersburg. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
