Stella Lane
Cycling coach, Toronto Pioneer Athletic Club

I've coached cycling at Toronto Pioneer Athletic Club since 1984. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
