Stella H. Bowman

Volunteer mentor with Elmwood Learning Hub

  • 🇺🇸 Bronx, New York, United States
  • Elmwood Learning Hub
  • Since 1993
  • English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,650 people through Elmwood Learning Hub. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

What gifts mean to Stella: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
