Helping people break into design
- 🇵🇱 Poznań, Greater Poland, Poland

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,230 people through Poznań Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Stanisław
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first design job in 2008. I still have your notes. Greetings from Gwangju.
