Ssebuliba Kiprop Nabwire
Woodcarving artist in Thika
- 🇰🇪 Thika, Kiambu, Kenya
- Lincoln Gallery
- 1998 to 2009
- English, Swahili
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes digital art. My first show was in 1998 at Lincoln Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by markets and street scenes. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Ssebuliba
I've had 8 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

I bought one of your pieces in 2005. It's still the first thing I see in the morning. Greetings from Abuja.
