I've worked in painting and decorating from 2013 to 2023. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 520 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Srinivas
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Srinivas: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
