Sowmya T. Nadar
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India
- Old Aurangabad Shop
- 1980 to 1990
- English
I've worked in baking from 1980 to 1990. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 310 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
