Sowmya P. Kurup
Local masonry and weaving
- 🇮🇳 Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Sunrise Works
- Since 2018
- English, Tamil
I'm a masonry specialist. If you live around Prayagraj, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Sowmya
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Sowmya: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
