I teach geography at Meadowbank Academy in Nashik since 1978. Most days I teach Grade 6, and my door is open at lunch.
Over the years I've had 1,970 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Sowmya
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
