Sowmya Iyer
Mentor in small business and engineering
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Association
- Since 2003
- English, Telugu
For 23 years I've mentored people in small business and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Sowmya
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
