I teach special education at Beacon Secondary School in Heliopolis since 1986. Most days I teach Year 7, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I've run the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Souad
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Souad: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
