Sotiris Lefteris Nikolaidis
Baking for 32 years in Thessaloniki

My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1994 in Thessaloniki and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
What gifts mean to Sotiris: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
