Sota Kouki Watanabe

Volunteer mentor with Shinjuku Association

  • 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
  • Shinjuku Association
  • Since 1985
  • Japanese, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 980 people through Shinjuku Association. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
