Sosuke Kenta Kondo
Small business mentor, Setagaya
- 🇯🇵 Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan
- Mount Pleasant Learning Hub
- Since 2017
- Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 230 people through Mount Pleasant Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
More about Sosuke
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
