Sorcha J. Hughes
Statistics and biology teacher, Kilkenny
- 🇮🇪 Kilkenny, Leinster, Ireland
- Victory Secondary School
- Since 2003
- English, Spanish
For 23 years I have been the statistics teacher at Victory Secondary School. I teach Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I answer every email, even at midnight.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Sorcha
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
