Helping people break into farming
- 🇮🇪 Galway, Connacht, Ireland
- Galway Foundation
- 1997 to 2006
- English
For nine years I've mentored people in farming and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I never turned anyone away.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Sorcha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
