For ten years I was the music teacher at Hope Academy. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Sophie
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me music in 2019 at Hope Academy. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
