Sophie W. Carter

Master of baking, now teaching apprentices

  • 🇳🇿 Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand
  • Auckland Repairs
  • Since 1991
  • English
I've worked in baking since 1991. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,330 apprentices. I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I watch every football match going.

More about Sophie

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
