I've been a nurse for 27 years, most of them in intensive care at Parkside Children's Hospital in Boulogne-Billancourt. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
