Sophie Van den Heuvel
Physics and chemistry teacher, Haarlem
- 🇳🇱 Haarlem, North Holland, Netherlands
- Haarlem Primary School
- 1983 to 2002
- Dutch, Spanish
Haarlem Primary School was my second home. I taught physics there from 1983 to 2002, mostly teenagers.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Sophie
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Sophie: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
