Sophie Menard

Volunteer mentor with Beacon Association

  • 🇫🇷 Saint-Denis, Île-de-France, France
  • Beacon Association
  • Since 1979
  • French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,030 people through Beacon Association. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily. I'm still learning every day.

More about Sophie

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Sophie: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
