I coached rowing at Berlin Youth Club from 1998 to 2021. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

I still think about that terrible school play. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Gatineau.
