- 1983 to 1998

I work mostly in ceramics, sometimes sculpture. My first show was in 1983 at Little St. Anne's Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Sophie
I've had 14 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Sophie: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
