Sophia Whitfield

Mentor in careers and recovery

🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
Bakersfield Community Trust
2012 to 2023
English, French

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 230 people through Bakersfield Community Trust. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Sophia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
