Sophia Mejia

Mentor in trades and engineering

  • 🇨🇦 Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
  • Phoenix Foundation
  • 1998 to 2014
  • English
For 16 years I've mentored people in trades and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk. I'm still learning every day.

More about Sophia

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
