Sophia C. Weber

Volunteer mentor with Holy Cross Mentoring Circle

  • 🇨🇦 Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
  • Since 1985
  • English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,420 people through Holy Cross Mentoring Circle. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
