Sophia C. Morgan
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇿 Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand
- Auckland Works
- Since 1993
- English
I've worked in pottery since 1993. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,820 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Sophia: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.

You taught me the trade. I run my own shop now. Greetings from Kumasi.
