Soo-jin Su-bin Lim

Helping people break into farming

  • 🇰🇷 Incheon, Incheon, South Korea
  • Beacon Youth Network
  • Since 2007
  • Korean
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,120 people through Beacon Youth Network. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Soo-jin

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
