Sônia Sampaio
Jazz player and teacher in São Paulo
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- São Paulo Quartet
- 2011 to 2023
- English
I play jazz and choir direction. I started in 2011 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 13 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Sônia
I wrote my first song when I was 13. It was terrible and I still love it.
