Sônia Rosângela Soares

Agriculture and music teacher, Olinda

  • 🇧🇷 Olinda, Pernambuco, Brazil
  • Olinda Academy
  • Since 2000
  • English, Portuguese
For 26 years I have been the agriculture teacher at Olinda Academy. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Sônia

If you were in my Grade 8 class, you probably remember the rainy sports day.

What gifts mean to Sônia: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
