Songül Yasemin Çelik
Tabla player and teacher in Istanbul
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Istanbul Choir
- Since 2003
- English
I play tabla and saxophone. I started in 2003 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 6 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I run most mornings.
What gifts mean to Songül: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
