Sơn Nhân Luong
Taught home economics at Bamboo High School
- 🇺🇸 Lowell, Massachusetts, United States
- Bamboo High School
- 1984 to 2012
- English, French
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 28 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Sơn
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Sơn: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
