Sơn Bình Trieu
Master of blacksmithing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Rochester, New York, United States
- Rochester Trades Guild
- Since 2014
- English, Vietnamese
I've worked in blacksmithing since 2014. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 650 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 17 years later for another job.

What gifts mean to Sơn: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
