Somchai F Jitra Chaiyasit
Economics and home economics teacher, Bangkok
- 🇹🇭 Bangkok, Bangkok, Thailand
- Bangkok Grammar School
- Since 1984

For 42 years I have been the economics teacher at Bangkok Grammar School. I teach the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 2,390 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Somchai
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
