For 18 years I've mentored people in finance and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Somchai

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Somchai: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
