I've spent 36 years as a lecturer in psychology at Acacia Polytechnic in Bangkok. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
