Solomon Teshome
Physics and history teacher, Jimma
- 🇪🇹 Jimma, Oromia, Ethiopia
- 2001 to 2011
- English, Amharic
For ten years I was the physics teacher at Jimma Primary School. I taught primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Solomon
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Solomon: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.
