Mentor in first-generation students and leadership

For 48 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
